What is this GET-SAVVIO.COM charge on my statement?
It is your Savvio membership: an AI shopping assistant at $69 a month, run by Breeve Inc. If you also see $0.30 or $0.35 every two weeks, that is the Free Shipping or Protection add-on. Do not recognize it? Cancel on the Manage membership page or email help@get-savvio.com and a person will look into it the same business day.
How do I cancel?
Go to Manage membership, type the email you signed up with and click Cancel. No login, no call, no questions. It stops immediately and you get a confirmation by email. Add-ons are canceled the same way, one click each.
Will I be charged again after I cancel?
No. Cancellation takes effect immediately and no further payment is taken. Until you cancel, the membership renews every month and any add-on every two weeks.
Can I get a refund?
Email help@get-savvio.com with the email you signed up with and the date of the charge. We review every request under our Refund policy and reply the same business day where we can.
What do I get for $69 a month?
An AI shopping assistant that compares products, summarizes reviews and finds today's lowest price, plus price alerts on the products you follow, deals refreshed every night, promo codes tested before you see them, and your chat history in your account. Free Shipping and Protection are optional add-ons, billed separately.
How does the trial work?
You get 3 days to try everything. We charge one cent to confirm your card. If you do nothing, your membership continues at $69 a month. Cancel before the trial ends and nothing else is charged.
Does the assistant work with any store?
It searches the web and checks prices at the major US retailers: Amazon, Walmart, Target, Best Buy, The Home Depot, Costco, Wayfair, eBay, Nike, Apple and thousands of others. It links you to the store; you buy from them as usual.
